When no one was measuring anything

I built a measurement framework from scratch. It generated over 10,000 feedback responses, earned director-level recognition, won an internal award, and expanded into a cross-department collaboration. Since then, it has been validated at a second company — different size, different culture — with further levels of the framework also showing positive early results.
